CleverGo Kiosk is a free Android app developed by CBSYS Limited that offers a comprehensive solution for employee attendance, contractor and visitor registration, and health and safety compliance. The app is designed to be used as a fixed point kiosk at the entry of a site, and it sends SMS and email notifications to selected company staff when a visitor completes the registration process. The app also allows company administrators to view all on-site status and lists, making it very helpful during events such as fire evacuations.
With CleverGo Kiosk, employee time clocks can be replaced with a single shared tablet device. The app features job costing, allowing users to clock against different jobs and tasks. Furthermore, users can clock against different departments if they are location-sensitive or if they need to do costing based on site or department.
The app also features the latest 2D facial recognition technology, which can be used with any tablet that comes with either a front or rear camera.
